Repair Time Commitment

Repair Time Commitment Policy

VinFast is committed to transparent, on-time repairs to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

- Customers will be entitled to financial compensation if the repair duration exceeds the commitment.(*)
- For battery repairs, customers are provided with a loaner battery (if available) and do not receive financial support.

Applies to: All owners of VinFast vehicles excluded GSM customer. GSM customers are only eligible for a loaner battery in case of battery repair.
Does not apply to: Statutory public holidays, including Lunar New Year (Tet).
